The Administration at this school is horrible. They never return phone calls, the Preschool teachers all look very frustrated and irritable. I too had the same problem with leaving messages for Ms. Ruiz to call me and never returned phone calls. Additionally, she scheduled a meeting and never showed up and never called to apologize. The front desk staff is extemely rude. Save your headache and your child- run fast somewhere else!

i enroll my kids 3,6 year old,i paid everithing they told me ,and the second day i have been notified that one of my kids need to be evaluated by a agency that does that,i guess they coutldnt handle a 3 year old,so i ask them for money or refund, and believe it or not carmen ruiz(principal in charge ),is not available at the time that i call the school,and the time my wife calls,i leave a message to carmen ruiz,and she doesnt call back, i guess there waiting for the certain amount of time for me to loose my money,i took my kids to other school and there fine.this tipe of bussines are not good,i dont like to waste my money!this minor problem is unacceptable.

this school is HORRIBLE , and the principle is so mean . i mean how did she get the job ? she cant run the school right at all . i recommend to the children of this school to go to a better school trust me it will help . your kids will learn nothing from this school take it from somebody who went their and never wants to go back .

Overall, I am extremely happy with the foundation and vision that PHA Prep has in place. The principal, Mrs. Carmen Ruiz, along with staff, are educated and dedicated to our children. In just a few months, I have seen the improvements in the academic side with my child (in kindergarten) and more importantly she is happy and excited to go to school. I know it's going to be a great school year, Thanks to all!!!

for me work just perfect, mi girl is in k-3, with miss Colon, super teacher, i never have problems in the office, the school is very secure for the kids, and organize, I highly recommend this school.....
